Returns and Refunds Policy

At Audio Pro EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity sound experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Audio Pro account or visit our contact page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Pack the Product

  Carefully place the electronics and all included accessories back into the original factory packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
